The company, Commtech Consortium LTD- a shareholder in MILESTONE GAMES LTD which is SPORTPESA, as seen in the document attached, Safaricom PLC is also a shareholder 25% in SportPesa.
Commtech consortium acquired stake in Konvergenz holding company that was publicized in the Sh104bn deal together with Safaricom and Apiero ltd. So, the web of involvement is clear that Sportpesa through Commtech consortium used Konvergenz ltd who acquired 17.9% in the deal and also through Safaricom -who hold the highest stake, Sportpesa has a stake.
Then, Commtech Consortium LTD is owned by employees from Hamilton Harrison and Mathews (HHM), where Safaricom Chairman, Mr Adil Khawaja, is the managing partner of the law firm. Lawyers Deborah Linet Ontiri owns 80%, and Peter Jr Okaalet owns 20%. Both lawyers work for Adil Khawaja, the Chairman of Safaricom PLC at HHM, where Mr Khawaja is the managing partner of the law firm.
Involvement of sportpesa through a proxy shareholder company is an illustration of the ill intention of the entity in fueling the oppressive nature of the new healthcare system for personal interests.

The management system of betting company SportPesa seems to have failed in taming fraudsters using their platform to con unsuspecting gamblers which turns out to be an insider job and a strategy well known by the company officials.

Calls by gamblers to the company to put into place mechanisms to bar scammers (who gamblers are not aware are the same people they calling) pretending to work for the company have proven futile. Reason being, this is done with the knowledge of Sportpesa in conduit with Safaricom.
The scammers use different phone numbers almost similar to sportpesa landlines and are said to have ‘hacked’ into the SportPesa firewall system through the aid of crocked SportPesa Company IT department employees.
In some cases, scammers even go to the extent of photoshopping the SportPesa website to make it look real. The main aim of photoshopping is to convince people they are dealing with SportPesa. Once they retrieve your number from the weak system, they send you bets which they claim are sure bets. They claim they have insiders working with SportPesa who always manipulate the bets from their customers to match the wrong bets.

One scammer sent the following SMS to a gambler who sadly fell into the trap and lost thousands of shillings, “Hi just an explanation of what happens behind the scenes, I deal with a guy who works with SportPesa, winning is possible if you deal with him. He will manipulate the system so that the bet goes through, very simple.”
They claim that “Our team of dedicated professional soccer analysts and teams who finance match fixing have a task to choose the club that cooperates to be bribed. Since our 8 years of experience, these sources give the greatest guarantee of victory because they cooperate directly with the clubs and can easily motivate the players to set the game.” Another site, “Best Fixed Matches” also claims to have SportPesa fixed matches. On their website, they claim that “With an already established betting network, and with reliable information from our collaborators we can provide you with info about fixed matches from 4 continents, including Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia.”
Several instances have also arose and continue to arise as safaricom customers who have never registered with any gambling company receives gambling bets promotional messages mysteriously. These data can only be gotten from one server, and that is the service provider safaricom.
Sportpesa, Safaricom, Adil Khawaja, Jayesh Saini, William Ruto, David Ndii, Adani Group are one and the same thing.
Boycotting sportpesa betting site as gamblers can help send a warning for they are being misused to install anarchy and burn this country down.
