A Kenyan Senior Principal Magistrate has been caught up in a mess which portrays clearly the justice system of the Republic of Kenya that the wealthy always have an upper hand in ruling as they are capable of bribing themselves out.

After being bribed, the Judgement was quickly deleted and a Second Judgment ( Link ) uploaded which now favoured the Defendant.

This mess, calls upon the JSC and the Chief Justice to investigate, take the necessary action in dismissing such kind of Magistrates and Judges who act the same in different forms of corruption.
