- Ksh 34 billion for Rural Roads: Funding for the construction of rural roads across Kenya, aiming to improve access for 70% of the population.
- Extension of SGR: Financing to extend the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) from Naivasha to Uganda, Rwanda, DR Congo, and Congo Brazzaville, enhancing regional connectivity.
- Rironi-Mau Summit-Eldoret-Malaba Dual Carriageway: Development of a dual carriageway to ease the movement of goods and passengers in western Kenya.
- Muthaiga-Kiambu Road: Expansion of the 25-kilometer Muthaiga to Ndumberi road into a dual carriageway, aimed at alleviating traffic congestion around Nairobi.
- Nairobi Northern Bypass: Funding for the dualling of the Nairobi Northern Bypass and other integrated transport system projects in Nairobi.
- Equipping technical, vocational education and training colleges (TVETs).
- Construction of the Bosto Dam in Bomet County.
Development of the LAPSSET corridor, including the Lamu-Garissa-Isiolo road. - Ruto’s administration also secured a Ksh 40 billion loan from China to revive stalled projects, including the Kaiboi-Kapkatembu-Kipkaren Selia-Kaiboi road in Nandi County.
